Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer for each individual whose aggregate contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.
Joseph Collins Jr for President and independent affiliate contractors. Joint fundraising proceeds shall be allocated as follows: 80% to Joseph Collins JR for President (2024 presidential primary and or general elections), 20% to independent affiliate contractors, and any contribution exceeding the legal amount that may be contributed to either of the Committees will be allocated to Joseph Collins Jr for President (2024 general election)
In addition, the allocation formula may change if a contributor makes a contribution which would exceed the maximum legal amount that a contributor may give to a particular participant.
The maximum amount an individual or PAC (multicandidate PAC in parentheses) may contribute to Joseph Collins Jr for President is $3,300 per person unless otherwise amended by federal law or regulations.
Contributions to Joseph Collins Jr are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Contributions by corporations, labor unions, foreign nationals, and federal government contractors are prohibited.
